Jochen Trommer, Director Consulting at Encory GmbH, will present practical approaches to implementing the circular economy in companies, as well as the key challenges they face.
He will focus in particular on the selection of R-strategies (reuse, repair, remanufacturing, etc.), their integration into after-sales services, logistics and sales, and the development of a viable business model. His presentation will provide valuable input for the following discussion.
